Crystal Dixon

co-owner/finance director

Crystal brings a rich background in both business and dance to our team. She began dancing at the age of four, passionately embracing every opportunity to perfect her craft. Crystal trained for seven years as a competitive dancer, specializing in jazz and tap, with additional training in classical, rhythmic, and Irish tap. Her dedication culminated in winning a national championship with her competitive team.

Over the past eight years, Crystal has intermittently taught dance and is thrilled to now share her passion with her three daughters and the talented I.family. She holds degrees in Chemistry and Biology and initially pursued a career in spectroscopy and engineering for eight years. Crystal then transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship, which provided the flexibility to support her daughter's aspirations as a performer.

Currently, Crystal is a co-owner of six diverse businesses alongside her husband, Brian. Her extensive experience in both business and dance enriches her contributions to our community.

Nicole Webb

co-owner/artistic director & coach

Nicole, originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, embarked on her dance journey at the age of five, training in a diverse range of dance genres. She performed in Florence Czech's Nutcracker for four consecutive years in her hometown. During middle school, Nicole trained under Rossi Mills and joined his company, focusing on jazz and hip-hop.

At thirteen, Nicole began assisting with choreography for her competitive cheer team, and by her sophomore year, she had become the lead choreographer. Her dedication and talent earned her the title of "Ms. Shake" in 1993, as well as recognition as a three-time All-American cheerleader.

While pursuing her college education, Nicole opened her own cheer and dance studio. Over two decades later, she has renewed her passion for dance through her daughter, Hannah, and her involvement with I.dancers. Nicole holds a master's degree in Educational Administration and serves as an instructional coach for the Cahokia School District.

Shannon Evans

Shannon, a distinguished dance educator and choreographer from St. Louis, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Saint Louis University. She began her dance training at Renee Johnson’s Dance Studio in Ellisville, MO, where she studied tap, ballet, jazz, and lyrical dance. Throughout her training, she had the opportunity to work with esteemed choreographers including Ray Leeper, Alan Sherfield, John Crutchman, Tina D'Amato-Sidoni, and Dana Lewis.

With 19 years of teaching experience, Shannon has garnered numerous regional and national awards for her choreography, costuming, and technical excellence. Her students, who are currently represented by top agencies in Los Angeles and New York City, have appeared in major advertisements for brands such as SKECHERS, Build-A-Bear, Dream Duffle, Balera, Weissmans, and Dancewear Solutions, and have performed on DISNEY. Additionally, her students have been featured in theater productions like Oklahoma, A Chorus Line, 100 Dresses, and the recent Dancing Divas Nutcracker in both New York City and St. Louis.

Shannon travels extensively, conducting Masterclasses, Technique Intensives, and her BEASTMODE Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps, sharing her expertise and passion for dance across the country.

Randi Reinert

Randi is a recent graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree in Dance with a Modern Emphasis. Through Wichita State University, she has had many opportunities to work with choreographers Cheyla Chandler, Denise Celestin, Nicholas Johnson, Sabrina Vasquez and Regina Klenjoski, and guest artists including Charlotte Boye-Christensen, Jammie Walker and performed a featured role in a multiple pieces choreographed by Darrell Grand Moultrie. Along with working with guest artists, Randi has also had the opportunity to travel and perform with Wichita Contemporary Dance Theatre to Veracruz, Mexico, and American College Dance Association in Springfield, Missouri. Since Graduating, Randi has had the opportunity teach and choreograph at Dance Studios in the Wichita area, and has recently moved to the St. Louis area to train with The Big Muddy Dance Company as a Trainee. Randi is very excited to be teaching at Imperium House of Dance this season!

Saverio Tedesco

contemporary instructor

Saverio Tedesco, an esteemed Imperium alumnus and rising choreographer, is an exceptional addition to our team. Currently represented by Bloc Talent Agency, Saverio also serves as a professional assistant with Hollywood Vibe Dance Convention. His early immersion in the convention circuit has equipped him with a profound understanding of both performance and choreography. Throughout his competitive dance career, Saverio garnered top honors and achieved high rankings at some of the nation's most prestigious competitions and conventions. With a deep passion for contemporary dance and experience from attending Joffrey Ballet Intensives in New York, Saverio brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to his new role. We are thrilled to welcome him as a teacher and choreographer to our staff!

Brittany Houston

saturday trio instructor

Brittany is a skilled teacher and competitive dancer with over a decade of experience in the field. She possesses a deep passion for teaching and mentoring young dancers, with a particular emphasis on instilling proper technique from an early age. Brittany specializes in jazz dance and has been coaching competitive dancers since 2020. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Alcorn University and is currently applying her analytical skills in the field of clinical research.
